Defining Moments

Organizations tend to be more successful in looking ahead five, ten, twenty years or more when they first look backward an equivalent number of years. This activity is designed to help leaders map changes in their organization’s past, to gain wisdom and momentum to plan forward.

By tracking the highs and lows of the church’s or organization's history, you will identify a pattern of organizational strengths and weaknesses that will be useful in evaluating the likelihood of success when selecting future opportunities.
